The base offering in the Ingram Micro Seismic portfolio, Managed Workplace is an RMM application available through Ingram Micro's strategic partnership with level platforms. No matter how you currently service your customers, Managed Workplace provides tools you need to begin generating high-margin recurring services revenues, reduce service costs for you and your customers and increase customer satisfaction by delivering new levels of IT availability and performance.

  • Monitoring: WMI, SNMP, SYSLOG, custom log monitoring, web site monitoring, security monitoring and audits, network services monitoring, more than 50 product templates
  • Management: Remote control, patch management, scripting, asset inventory and audits, trouble tickets, management reporting
  • Alerting: E-mail or pager notification, escalation, self healing, auto-run scripts

Structure and Pricing

To order Managed Workplace licenses, contact your Ingram Micro services team. When your order is processed, you'll receive authorization from LPI to download the appropriate applets, which can then be easily deployed on your customers' networks to begin monitoring and building long-term value.

Application Deployment Options
Ingram Micro now offers two deployment options:

  • On-site appliance: Download application to a server at your site. You are responsible for installation and maintenance.
  • Hosted: Ingram Micro is responsible for hardware and software performance and maintenance and provides complete software functionality over the web.
On-site Application Deployment Hosted Deployment
Financial Investment Significant financial investment in hardware, IT resources and maintenance is required. There is no need to purchase additional hardware or IT resources, making minimal initial costs. Ongoing fees are low, predictable and easy to budget.
IT Resources Dedicated IT resources are required to maintain application availability, security and performance. No additional IT resources are required as all application management tasks are performed by certified engineers a a world-class data center.
Implementation Time and technical resources are needed. Application usage can begin within minutes, allowing immediate focus on end-user sales.
