MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO - Ingram Micro Inc., (NYSE: IM), a leading technology sales,
marketing, and logistics company, today announced that Acer, a leading worldwide supplier
of PC solutions, has signed a distribution agreement with Ingram Micro’s Canadian business unit.
This new agreement reaffirms Acer's indirect sales model commitment of selling their product
line only through the channel. It also expands Acer’s reach into Canada by making the
manufacturer’s products available to a new family of channel partners through Ingram
Micro’s extensive network of Canadian value-added resellers (VARs).
